Reboot programme participants complete training in 10 professional fields

A total of 88 participants in the Ukrainian Red Cross’s Reboot programme have completed their training in Odesa, Kropyvnytskyi and Ivano-Frankivsk region.

They trained in floristry, massage techniques, tailoring and hairdressing, as well as project management, interior design, software testing, social media marketing (SMM), digital marketing, accounting and micro-entrepreneurship.

The participants included veterans, people displaced by the war, as well as people from other groups prioritised for support under the programme.

The courses combined theoretical and practical sessions, enabling participants not only to gain new knowledge but also to develop practical skills and apply what they had learned. They also took part in practical and psychosocial workshops aimed at developing personal and professional skills.

Some graduates have already found employment after completing the training. The programme team continues to stay in touch with the participants, supporting them as they work towards their professional goals and turn their plans into reality.
