Another Evacuation Train Arrives in Zhytomyr Region
At the railway station in Zhytomyr, the Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Zhytomyr region, together with representatives of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration and other civil society organisations, welcomed another evacuation train.
This time, 25 people arrived from frontline communities in the Kharkiv region. Among them were three people with limited mobility.
Volunteers helped the evacuees get off the train and carry their luggage. Together with psychologists from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, they provided psychological first aid.
The emergency response team also transported eight people, including one person with limited mobility, to communities in the Zviahel district, Zhytomyr region.
