Online Service of the Reboot Programme

The Online Service of the Reboot Programme, implemented by the Ukrainian Red Cross, supports people in finding employment and helps them acquire a new profession without leaving their homes.

It operates alongside regional service centres, but has a key difference — all services are delivered remotely, allowing the programme to reach a significantly wider range of people from vulnerable groups.

The Reboot Online Service is implemented with the support of the Spanish Red Cross.

The online format is available in the following regions: Kyiv region (except
Kyiv city), Volyn, Dnipro, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Rivne, Sumy,
Kharkiv, Chernivtsi, Chernihiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Donetsk
(government-controlled areas).

Хто може скористатися послугами програми?

Support is provided to working-age individuals with low or no income who:

  • either hold internally displaced person (IDP) status and reside in the regions listed above,
  • or are local residents who fall into one of the following vulnerability categories:
  • people with disabilities or chronic illnesses
  • demobilised service members and their immediate family members (first-degree relatives)
  • single parents or caregivers of children
  • household members caring for people with disabilities or older persons
  • low-income households
  • pregnant women and mothers with children under one year of age
  • families with two or more children
  • young people under 35 who are not in education, employment, or training
  • people who have been unemployed for more than 12 months
  • survivors of gender-based violence
  • Roma and members of other ethnic minorities
  • immediate family members (first-degree relatives) of prisoners of war, those killed, or those missing
  • people whose housing has been destroyed or severely damaged

What courses are available?

The Online Service of the Reboot Programme offers training in a range of professions. This list is updated annually. The most up-to-date information is available on the Ukrainian Red Cross website and Facebook page when course enrolment is announced.

  • Basics of entrepreneurship for starting a business

Format: Online.
Conditions: Participation is free; places are limited.
Duration: 2–4 months.
Instructors: Qualified and experienced professionals.
Certificate: Issued upon successful completion of the course.
