No Blind Spots: Strengthening the Resilience of Ukrainian Red Cross Teams

Recently, in Truskavets, a three-day training titled “Risks 360: No Blind Spots” was held for Ukrainian Red Cross staff with the support of the British Red Cross. Participants included representatives from the Rivne, Lviv, Volyn, and Ivano-Frankivsk regional branches, as well as the Western Interregional Office.

Over three days, participants focused on risk management and compliance, explored the mechanisms of the Integrity Line, and discussed approaches to preventing fraud and corruption. Special attention was given to personal data protection, individual and organisational security, as well as cybersecurity and cyber hygiene.

The programme combined interactive sessions with practical team exercises, allowing participants not only to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges they face but also to develop practical solutions for their daily work.
