420 sleeping kits, 300 sets of bed linen and 940 warm blankets for residents of Kyiv’s Desnianskyi and Dniprovskyi districts

The Ukrainian Red Cross continues to support Kyiv residents affected by recent attacks.

At present, one of the most challenging situations in the capital is in the Desnianskyi and Dniprovskyi districts. Following the latest attacks, critical disruptions to electricity and heating supply have been recorded in this area.

Over the weekend, the Ukrainian Red Cross team delivered essential assistance to local residents to support those who are currently most in need.

In addition, with the support of the Ukrainian Red Cross and at the initiative of the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine, heating points have been set up in the district where people can warm up, rest and receive warm blankets.

We continue to do everything possible to help people get through this winter in warmth and safety. We stand by those in need.
