Almost three days without electricity have affected the communities of the Kyiv region

Despite these difficult conditions, the town of Vyshhorod in the north of the region is managing thanks to the support of Ukrainian Red Cross volunteers.

In Vyshhorod, three Ukrainian Red Cross aid stations are already operating, two of which run round the clock. People can warm themselves, have hot tea or coffee, and charge their mobile phones and other devices.

If needed, volunteers provide first aid and psychological first aid, helping people cope in stressful situations. People with medical needs also come to the stations, including those who require inhalers.

The aid stations will operate for as long as people need them.

We stand by those in need.
