A Year of Good Deeds with Kramnytsia Charity Shop
Khmelnytskyi marked the first anniversary of the Kramnytsia social project with a local charity fair.
The activities of Kramnytsia are supported by the Ukrainian Red Cross and the Danish Red Cross. Over the past year, the project team has:
- collected over 1,000 kg of clothing,
- organised 20 events,
- provided support to children from families of fallen service members in remote communities of the Khmelnytskyi district,
- hosted charity celebrations for children who have lost parents due to the war.
To mark the anniversary, the team held a charity fair to support children with intellectual disabilities undergoing rehabilitation at the Rodynnyi Zatyshok (Family Comfort) Centre. Over 20 local producers showcased their products, coming together for a good cause. Local residents eagerly took part, purchasing handmade items, making charitable contributions, and learning more about the Kramnytsia social project and the work of the Ukrainian Red Cross.
Together, we show that acts of kindness can unite people, even in the most challenging times.
