RED HUB Team Visits Ukrainian Future Business Incubator of the Junior Academy of Sciences

On 12 August, the RED HUB innovation space team made a working visit to the partners of the REDpreneurUA programme — the business incubator of the Junior Academy of Sciences, Ukrainian Future.

During the meeting, they discussed prospects for cooperation in supporting student and youth entrepreneurship, as well as priority business sectors that could contribute to the recovery of Ukraine’s social and economic spheres.

As part of the visit, the RED HUB team explored the Ukrainian Future co-working space, toured the FabLab prototyping laboratory, and visited Ukraine’s largest materials library, which holds around 300 samples. FabLab enables the creation of invention prototypes and learning 3D modelling, while the materials library helps select optimal solutions for producing test models.

Partners also discussed models for engaging participants in Ukrainian Future’s educational programmes and services, and ways to integrate these opportunities into the development of the RED HUB Community.

An important joint decision was made to organise an informal visit to Ukrainian Future for finalists of the 4th cohort of the REDpreneurUA programme before their pitch event, scheduled for the end of September 2025. Participants will have the chance to tour the business incubator, meet the team, network in a friendly atmosphere, and discuss key aspects of their business plan presentations with mentors.

This will be the first time such a format is used. If successful, similar events may become a regular practice in future RED HUB projects and those of its partners.
