Information Session on Labour Rights Protection Held in Mykolaiv

As part of the Ukrainian Red Cross’s Reboot programme, an information session on labour rights and the mechanisms available for their protection was held in Mykolaiv.

The event was attended by the Deputy Head of the Southern Interregional Department of the State Labour Service, who shared relevant information with participants, including:

  • the rights of employees under labour law;
  • the most common violations across different sectors;
  • where and how to report labour rights violations;
  • how to properly document violations and prepare formal complaints;
  • the role the State Labour Service plays in protecting workers’ rights.

Participants received individual consultations and practical advice, and had the opportunity to ask questions. The session was conducted in an open dialogue format, contributing to increased awareness of employees’ rights.

The Reboot programme is implemented in the Mykolaiv region with the support of the Spanish Red Cross and the Danish Red Cross, and aims to assist people from vulnerable groups with employment-related issues.
