Safety, Risks and Compliance: Training for Volunteers and Staff of Six Regional Branches of the Ukrainian Red Cross

The Safety 360: Security, Risks and Compliance training was held for volunteers and staff of the Ukrainian Red Cross from the Volyn, Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Rivne, and Ternopil regions.

Participants explored key topics related to security in humanitarian contexts, risk management, compliance, cyber hygiene, data protection, and the role of each individual in fostering a safe organisational environment. Practical sessions, teamwork, and peer exchange enabled participants not only to refresh their knowledge but also to develop a shared understanding of the principles underpinning safe operations.

The training was organised by the Risk Management Department of the Ukrainian Red Cross, with support from the International Committee of the Red Cross in Ukraine.
