On-site assistance in response to an attack on a medical facility in Zaporizhzhia

As a result of the Russian attack on a private clinic in Zaporizhzhia, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reports 6 dead. Other 22 people were injured.

The Ukrainian Red Cross team was at the scene working alongside with the emergency services of the city. Volunteers of the Zaporizhzhia regional emergency response team provided first aid to five victims at the site, and three more were taken to the city’s medical facilities. The volunteers also provided psychological first aid to the affected people and their families.

Emergency rescue operations are ongoing.
