Senior Officer is in charge to support the URCS’s HQ PSS Unit in implementing PSS programmes and projects, as well as developing the system of PSS services within the URCS’s branches.

The tasks and responsibilities defined above are not exhaustive and can evolve depending on organizational needs.
Relationships (communications) by position:
The PSS Senior Officer will report directly to the PSS Unitcoordinator. He/she will work in close cooperation with the PSS Technical Advisor; other PSS project manager(s) and co-manage the regional PSS and social cohesion managers. Daily communication and coordination within the Unit, as well as with other Unit and Departments is expected. The PSS Senior Officer will ensure regular cooperation and communication with Red Cross partners in country.
